Welp, I don't have anything that i can think of at the moment for you to draw, so do whatever!
His big thing is the shotgun battle-saddle, called Crackle. It should consist of the standard dual gun barrel (one on each side of his body) Sitting on his back should be the ammo box, with belted shotgun shells leading into each of the guns.
The decal on the gun barrels would be the head of Crackle, the dragon from that one episode (two googly eyes on one side of the face. Think of the faces pilots sometimes have painted on the front of their jets.) Mouth open, with a bit of fire leading to the end of the barrel. Stick some orange, glowy talismans on the "body" of the gun, these are the gems that make the shots into incendiary shots.
Given his outfit, Vista could be put in a sort of Bond-esque pose. He would have the Pip-Buck on his right foreleg, a grin, and perhaps a bit of gunsmoke coming out of the shotgun's barrels.
Like with Echo, the main design of Crackle is up to you. Just don't make it so bit that it completely covers his suit. He likes the suit.
